The HKIS Parent Faculty Organization Presents Pumpkin Festival 2004 Saturday, October 16, 2004 11a.m. – 4p.m. Tai Tam Field (Enter at the Middle School) Things to do at Pumpkin Fest - EAT Note: There are no tables on site, so bring your picnic blanket! · BBQ hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, chips… · Scrumptious pies, cakes, cookies, brownies… - SHOP · Make a beeline for the pumpkin stall to buy the perfect pumpkin! Then free your hands for more shopping by leaving it at Pumpkin Check. · Buy mini bales of hay, Indian corn, and ornamental gourds. · Pick a Halloween costume in your size. · Get your 2004-05 HKIS directory and calendar – fresh off the press! - PLAY · Work off the BBQ in the Sack Hop and 3-legged Race, and then put it back on in the Pie-Eating Contest! · Take your first Rickshaw Hayride! · Guess how much candy is in the container – Prizes every hour! · Soccer Kick, Football Toss, Capture the Pumpkin, Face Painting, and lots more contests, races, and games for the young and young at heart! How to get to Pumpkin Fest Note: No parking is allowed at Middle or High School, so take our free shuttle buses. · Buses every 30 minutes from 10:30 to 4:00: o Between Parkview Suites, Tower 9 and Tower 14 and Middle School o Between 101 and 109 Repulse Bay Rd, Repulse Bay campus and Middle School o Between Stanley Beach Rd, Stanley Village Rd, Manhattan, Pacific View and Middle School · Leave Queen's Pier (City Hall) at 10:30, 10:45 and 11:00 and head directly for Middle School · Return buses from Middle School at 3:00, 3:30 and 4:00 · For volunteers only o Leave Parkview Suites at 8:30, pick up along Repulse Bay Rd, Repulse Bay campus and along Tai Tam Rd to Middle School o Leave Middle School at 5:00 and follow same route as 8:30a.m. bus
