Children's book launch and readings - The Crocodile who wanted to be Famous

Alan Jefferies, a British Council teacher and published writer, will launch his new book on 24 October. Inspired by the salt-water crocodile that recently visited Hong Kong his book tells the story of Crafty, who leaves his riverside village to find fame in the big city. To celebrate the launch we are offering the book at the special price of $80, both at the launch and at the British Council shop.
