A new 5 weeks course to prepare for childbirth. Topics include: Stages of labour and how to cope, non-medical and medical pain relief, relaxation and breathing, positions in labour and birth, breastfeeding, baby care and postnatal issues for mother and child. Our groups are small and give a lot of space for discussions and fun. Videos, slides and some serious issues as well, but not the least important: a great way to meet parents and share ideas and feelings.
