A new class at Annerley, this class is aimed for second time parents and mothers who wish to add to their breathing practice for the birth.  The session is also a great way to reduce stress for pregnant mums.

Relaxation and breathing based on HYPNOBIRTHING tecniques, -practice for 1 hour continually, and 30 minutes to go through any relevant questions. 

This month the session is on the 20th of June - Friday morning at 10:30.
