HypnoBirthing® is a complete education program, which teaches simple but specific self hypnosis, relaxation and breathing techniques which assist you to make your birth as calm as possible. If you plan to give birth naturally, this is the perfect way to prepere.
With HypnoBirthing® you will discover that serious pain does not need to be part of the birth experience. You will gain an understanding of how the birthing muscles work in perfect harmony as they were designed to, when your body is sufficiently relaxed. More importantly you will learn how to be more involved in your birthing experience, in partnership with your caregivers.  

This course starts on the 13. of August and runs 5 Wednesdays, till the 10th of September, from  6 30 to 8 30 pm. An additional 6th session is also included, free of charge, to cover issues that involve life after birth. Pls book this one seperatly when you enroll on the course.

You need to wear comfortable clothes and pls come prepared to the classes - materials and handouts are provided. Food and drinks are served during a break in the middle of the class.
