We invite all 2nd time mothers and mothers who wish to add to their breathing practice for the birth, to this session.  The session is a perfect way for those that need additional practice to do so in a relaxed environment, under guidance from an experienced midwife. 

Relaxation and breathing based on HYPNOBIRTHING techniques, -practice for 1 hour continually.
Also a great way to reduce stress for pregnant mums.  30 minutes spent on discussions and questions you might have.
