The Yoga Room offers a 1-hour Mum & Baby yoga class, suitable for mums and babies of all yoga levels. In the class, mums will discover essential tips on gentle stretches and learn how to feel more connected with their baby. Swing by to learn lots of creative and fun ideas on how to practice yoga postures with your baby (including a baby yoga sequence)! Class schedule: Every Monday at 11am, and Sunday at 2:30pm Note: The baby yoga class is suitable for babies from 6 weeks up to crawling.
