Directory Pilates for Pregnant LadiesPopular
Join these exclusive classes, only available at the YWCA. You and your baby will benefit enormously from exercise during the ante-natal period, these exercises will develop better breathing techniques, overall body control and stamina, which could be very useful during labour!
These sessions are recommended for ladies over 14 weeks pregnant, but are not recommended for those embarking on exercise for the first time.
Fiona is a former ballerina of the Royal Ballet, Covent Garden and the Hong Kong Ballet. She has extensive dance experience and has used the proven Pilates technique for many years to enhance her career, especially after the birth of her two children, and now during her third pregnancy!
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a towel.
