BackgroundParty Animals was established in September, 2006 in Hong Kong.The proprietor Ruari Anderson has 8 years experience in hosting and planning children’s parties, in addition to a degree in tourism management. Party Animals was established due to a lack of organisations providing fun, original and personal party experiences at a reasonable cost.
