    Your favourite toy stores

Just before shopping for Christmas, I would like to know what are your favourite toy stores except from Toysrus I already know by heart ;)
    Thanks for your ideas.

Shopping online this year from amazon.com

If you do it now (25-27 nov) it's the biggest "black Friday sale" on some U.S. sites

The problem with Amazon is that only a few products are delivered to HK and you know that only in the very last steps of your order :( or may be I was very unlucky last year. Otherwise great choice indeed.

I like the toy section at our nearby City Store. I also like Wise Kids in Causeway Bay for well-made instruments and wooden toys. I've found some nice durable wooden toys at Eugene Club recently that weren't that expensive. I like Commercial Press for getting on-sale children's books although their selection is often not very big. I shop at Toys R Us once in awhile and like to get puzzles from there and other small gifts. We went to Toy Club last night in On Hing house in Central last night to pick up a pinata for my son's birthday and they have some interesting toys--a lot of selection I haven't seen elsewhere.

Toys Club is very expensive indeed. I just saw the same toy that I bought at Toys Club selling at Toys R Us for 40% less!

as with everything else in hk, you have to know your prices (and what is available where).... for some things, toys'r'us is ok (but generally, i don't like their quality). for some things b2b is better. for others toys club....

you are talking to someone who spends over $30,000HKD/year on toys...sometimes more....if you include the two centres and my own kids!
