Hello -- same requirements as Likhojyokito but open to male OBs as well. Any recommendation?

Dr. Charas Ong. She has her own clinic now @ QRC. We found her to be extremely caring, communicative and most importantly, putting the mother's well-being at first. She previously worked at QMH so a lot of experience too.
Recommend in a heartbeat.

Hi there, just reading this old thread as I’ve just started seeing Christina. Do you know her angle on inductions? I’ve read some ob/gyns push for induction at 39 weeks so I’m hoping she’s not one of these if she’s pro natural? Thanks

Does not push at 39 weeks but is quite eager to induce after 40 weeks.

I do not have any good recommendations but I do want to point out that I don’t recommend Doctor Charas Ong to anyone. She doesn’t seem to have a systemic way of keeping patient’s record and kept asking the same questions during every prenatal checkups. Additionally she kept pushing for private delivery to my husband and me (her reason being father not being able to be there during labour due to Covid) while we already told her from the very beginning we would go to a public hospital.

I'm so sorry to hear that you weren't happy about your experience with Dr Charas Ong but I just wanted to give a different perspective here as I have a completely different experience from yours - she kept all my records in her summary sheet and whilst she might occasionally bring up similar questions in different visits, she would look at her summary sheet as we speak. I think that's reasonable as I am not her only patient. She was patient, understanding and made sure I understand whatever she was saying, and wasn't pushy at all. Hope this helps.

Hi, anyone can share about how much Charas Ong charges? Is she pro-natural?
Thanks!
