You and your baby will benefit enormously from exercise during the antenatal period, these exercises will develop better breathing techniques, overall body control and stamina, which could be very useful during labour.
These sessions are recommended for ladies over 14 weeks pregnant, but are not recommended for those embarking on exercise for the first time. Please wear comfortable clothing, bare feet or socks and bring along a towel.
