| Hi Sunnie
I don't have a child attending the school, but I have been visiting a few pre-schools to see if I would like them. I visited PIPS a few weeks ago. The principal showed my husband and I around, the children seemed to like him personally as he was greeted, hugged and offered food as we made our way around. I am told it is a good sign that he knows the students by name. The facilities are certainly good, but showing their age a little. I was very impressed by their outdoor facility as there is a large playarea which was protected, ie private to the school, with lots of different play activities available. This was a marked contrast with another pre-school which I viewed in Repulse Bay, which advertised outdoor facilities, but actually meant that the children were allowed to run around in the public grassy area of the complex, no swings/slides, etc.
I would recommend you contact them for a tour, to see what you think of their teaching methods and the class size (that was a bit on the large side I thought).
Good luck. |
