 Milk Intolerance and Sleeping through the night
I once read some discussions in this forum about some babies could not sleep through the night because of milk intolerance. I didn't pay attention until last night, my 15-months son suddenly slept through the whole night (9 hours!). The only reason I can think of is that he didn't drink milk (which he usually does) before going to bed.
Does anyone know about the discussion before? Are there any medical evidence I can take a look at? |
