| Hi, I live in Phase 2 and honestly can't imagine that it would make any real difference whether you choose phase 1 or 2, especially regarding the time of year....I know phase 2 has better kitchen appliances - that's about it really. Phase 1 looks over the pool, phase 2 over the water and the area in process of being landscaped, however it's very quiest now, no more digging. Just choose the apartment you like - I wouldn't concern myself over which phase 1 or 2. |
