| Just letting everyone know the outcome of our helper's visa application. She went for her interview today and was granted a visa. She was only asked 5 or 6 questions whilst others were apparently grilled for a long time only to be denied. I think a lot has to do with age and then whether the helper is relaxed or not. I told our helper to relax and tell only the truth. She said others were very nervous and also didn't have their forms filled out properly. If your helper is applying i strongly suggest you fill out the forms for her which you can do. Our helper is unmarried and has no children. She has also only been with us for 6 months so it can be done. We wrote a supporting letter too. |
