Hi peainpod,

Same with mine more kicking in the nights.

I think the prenatal classes I went for my first were good and informative. They go through from pregnancy to birth and afterwards, exercising, bathing your baby, breastfeeding, bottlefeeding, what signs of rashes to look out for etc... I guess if you are getting a puet yuet then you might not need to go as you can learn from her.

Anyway, I gave birth at QE and they also held similar classes and I went to a breastfeeding class whereby you take your baby with you to feed and the baby bathing class where they used a real baby to demonstrate.
