Yes, and they will also have to be registered as a full-time students at an accredited institution, and will have to pay international student fees, which are very expensive. And they have a 'progress' requirement - if they're not passing classes, they can be asked to leave the country
Honestly, for the cost, you'd be better off paying for what you need, or using the communal child care centres.
