| I just came back from my SECOND appointment - and it was pretty disappointing... Dr Ho was really rude and dismissive... I think it's because we told him we're going to Queen Mary, so he knows he's not getting all that money from us for the delivery - so he was really brushing us off... I was really disappointed!! Last time, he seemed really nice and friendly and everything - but this time, it was like "Let me check you and get you out of here as quick as possible!!"
We did get a scan though - and the baby is around 3cm, measuring at 9 weeks 3 days, which is exactly what I am, from my calculation!! It was so much change from the last one where it was just a little blob!! It has legs and was moving and you could see the head and the bum and everything - so cute!! Although the whole ultrasound was over in about 30 seconds :( stupid doctor!! That adds up to $20 per second ;)

Oh - I booked my trip to Europe today! My brother lives in Denmark, so we're heading over there first, then going on a Princess cruise around the Baltic sea! We're going to Finland, Sweden, Norway, St Petersburg, Estonia... I think one other place but I forget... I'm really excited though!! I'll be around 16 weeks when we go - early in the 2nd trimester... I think it's a good time in the pregnancy to do something like that - I won't be so tired, but I won't be huge and awkward either...  |
