| How to avoid many short naps for a 4 month old
I have a 4 1/2 months old baby girl. She takes about 5 short naps per day. Each nap probably lasts about 40 or 50 minutes. I really hope she would take 2 long naps, like one in the morning and one in the afternoon. How do I transit her schedule? Any advice will be greatly appreciated! |
