| Bekyboo44 is right the Govt will only perform circumcisions when medically necessary. We signed up with the Govt Student Health Scheme for Primary students. We had our first appt during Easter. The physical exam included retracting the child's foreskin. This is when the Drs evaluate if a circumcision is necessary. The boys are age 5. |
