| Bith balls are large rubber balls which are used to isolate and exercise abdominal and pelvis muscles. They are also used during labour to encourage the baby to move to the correct position and to speed along the dilation of the cervix.

Check where the ball is manufactured and the maximum weight it can take (most locally made balls can only take 150kg, which is not enough because you exert more pressure on the ball when using it, than your stationery weight).
