| Have you been cleaning the filters regularly in your airconditioners? We used to do it sporadically pre-baby as both my husband and I work so we're out of the house all day. Now with the baby at home, we have the aircons on all day so I now get our helper to clean the filters once a week.
You may also want to put a humidifier in the room as airconditioning can be very drying.
