this is my first time hiring a DH. want to get some advice on whether to do this through an agency or not. seems that there are a number of ways to find helpers, get in touch with and interview them. but i'm not familiar with the paperwork required etc. are those troublesome and therefor worth going through an agency?

thanks for sharing your experience. also please let me know if you've used any agencies that you like.
