Good Baby Brand
Can anyone recommend a good brand for baby shampoo, body wash, lotion, nappy rash cream, etc.
I was told to find the perfect one for the baby, it should be based on trail and error, but there are so many brands out there, I am not sure which one I should buy to try out first. Help!

Hi Mona
You may want to try Dimples Baby Skin Care range - it is excellent - comes in moisturising shampoo, body lotion, bottom balm, soap and massage oil - all are made from NZ lavender oils specifically for babies, and the lavender has claming properties to help the baby relax. I found the massage oil brilliant - not too heavy or greasy compared to other products I have used. For more details you can contact 2493 3348.

Mustela is great
I think Mustela is great. You should definately try their barrier cream for nappy rash and the new born shampoo for removing cradle cap, this is the only shampoo that really works. It lasts for 3 months and reasonably priced too.

The Johnson and Johnson products are great too and they're available everywhere :D We use the night time line and it smells so fresh.
We also make our own wipes for D and he rarely ever gets nappy rash.

Aromababy is so natural and smells yummy
I've used the Aromababy range on my son Liam since he was born 2 years ago and we've never had a problem with his skin. The barrier balm is just magic for the start of any nappy rash, but we've found it really hasn't pregressed once we've used it. I love the Hair Cleanse - it smells divine. I bought my last lot online and it was delivered the next day (free of charge) which i thought was a realy bonus, especially since i work full time. Products like Mustella and J&J are all chemical based (which is why they are cheaper i guess) and rsearch i've read says they can exacerbate small skin irritations into big problems. Also, stay away from talc and try their Natrual Powder which is made from cornstartch The website is pretty helpful and has some great links aromababy.com.hk

Dear all,
Thank you for all your comments and information, I will look into the 4 different brands mentioned, maybe get some samples to test them out first.
