Pokfulam Moms Movie Night

The Cyberport Cinema opened last week. Should we organise a Mom's Movie Night?

How about next week sometime?

All Moms welcome!

Rani

We went down last night to see Jersey Girl. It's a real "mum's" film. Couldn't work out what was coming up next though, and before I next visit I'm going to learn the Cantonese word for Maltesers.

I'm up for a movie night. It's only $30 at the moment and free online or phone booking. There's even a free shuttle along Victoria Rd from Kennedy Town, or 3 hours free parking.

We went down last week and saw Kill Bill - NOT a mum's movie at all. I'll find out if there any chick flicks next week.

Plus we can have a drink at the new Meridien. Anyone been there yet?

I'd love to come! I'm in Tseun Kwan O - how would I get to where you ladies are?

Rani, we did the drinks thing at the hotel after the movie on Tuesday night. It was great. Nobody there, but the aircon was very cold. Drinks are a bit pricey. I had a simple "mocktail" of cranberry and apple juice and that was $55.

Still the novelty of having something that resembles night life in Pokfulam is worth going alone. The decor is very funky too.

I've got friends here who've eaten at the restuarant and were very pleased.

Who's still up for a movie? Unfortunately the only movie worth seeing is Harry Potter.

I am a new mum of a 3 month old boy living in Baguio. I'd love to join for a movie and to meet other mums living in Pokfulam.
