Does anyone know of a physiotherapy office or sports medicine clinic in HK that performs ultrasound for blocked milk ducts?

I'm not sure why that would be necessary....

for blocked ducts, I've always done hot compresses, round-the-clock nursing/pumping, and massage. The only time that didn't work, I ended up filling the bathtub with insanely hot water and dipping my breasts in for a good halfhour. At the next nursing session, the milk came flying out and all was well.

Good luck. Blocked ducts are AWFUL.

Have you tried the Matilda Hospital?

I remember talking to a mother a while ago who had had successful ultrasound treatment for plugged ducts there.
