Natural Sleeping Pill?

I'm severely jet-lagged since coming back from our holiday and need a recommendation for an over-counter, natural type sleeping pill as I've never taken them before. Something that I won't get dependent on. Is Melatonin or Imoven any good?

Sleeping Pills

Hello,

You can try the "Night Supply" from Pharmanex. A lot of my friends who are airline crews found it very effective in helping them to adjust the clock.

Cheers

My father in law who is a research scientist thinks melatonin is fantastic. Please note though that you can't take it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
