I know there have been various forums on helpers, but I am just in the process of looking for a part-timer as I have just had a second baby. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to divide the work between my full-timer, who looks after my 15-month-old daughter, washes and cleans, and a part-timer, who I would like to cook and look after the new baby. Has anyone got a full-time/part-time set-up? I am also going back to work full-time in May, so I am a bit anxious that my full-timer won't be able to cope with two kids so close in age and both still babies.
