Prenatal yoga for working pregnant
Hi all,
i've been looking around the many yoga places posted Geo and seems like all prenatal class are during office hours. i'm in my first tri, but would like to start looking for some exercise classes after my 13th week. i work far way near Pokfulam so can't even make it to Central for lunch classes.
wondering if any of you know of a place that offers prenatal yoga/pilates or any prenatal exercise classes weekday evenings, or even on weekends?
if not, since some of the classes only takes in max 8 person, if we could gather enough gals to get one going?

Have studio space & interested in prenatal evening yoga
Hi,
I don't know of a prenatal yoga class held outside of working hours either. I'm also in my first tri and working in Central. In my apt building in Mid-Levels, we have an aerobics/yoga studio that can be rented out. If you are interested and we can find enough participants to make it economical, we could hire out the studio and hire a private instructor.

i saw your posting about lunch meetings too, would be interested, but can't make weekday lunches, so let's keep in touch.

The Iyengar Yoga (previously Celestial Wishing Tree) on Wyndham St have classes in the evenings at 6pm. Also the folks at Sach Yoga are great and maybe able to put together a class on Saturday mornings. Give Kavita a call or email.

I have been to Planet Yoga's Sat afternoon prenatal class. I really liked it. The class is at 3:15 on Sat and 3 on a weekday.

Here's a place that does pregnancy classes on Mon & Thurs at 6pm:

Don't have any experience of them though. When I was pregnant I went to Yogalimbs which does a very good lunchtime class and is located in Sheung Wan (near Fitness First), which might be the closest yoga place to Pokfulam.
