Domestic helper advice

Wonder if anyone has advice or referral regarding hiring a full time domestic helper where she live outside. Our apartment is too small to have a live-in helper. We are happy to subsidize her accommodation if necessary. We need a helper who has good experience with newborns/young babies, preferably with a nursing degree. No preference in nationality, but prefer female above 25. Would be great if she can cook - both Chinese and Western. Will need her to start as soon as June, 2005, if possible. Thanks!
