Blender for Baby food
What is better to make baby food, a normal blender or one of those hand blender....Can anyone recommend a brand?

Hi there,
I think hand-blender is good for foods that you don't have to cook such as banana, avacado, etc. A machine blender is faster when you're making bigger portions.

The Braun handheld blenders are the best.

I found that hand blender is ready great even for larger portion. I do large portion of BB food at once and freeze them in ice cube tray. Just pick whatever vegetables you need and reheat it when your BB is ready to eat. I found this to be very convenient way to serve home-make BB food. Remember not to hand blend potatoes, as the texture will go funny. Instead, use a potato masher.
