Sugar free Soya milk
My son has an allergy to cows milk so we have to go the Soya route but I can't find any sugar free Soya milk. Any suggestions? and if yes where can I get it from?

Assuming your son is a child and not requiring infant soya formula - I drink PROVAMEL ALPRO UNSWEETENED SOYA MILK. It's $22.00 for 1L, available on the Park 'n' Shop website or in GREAT at Admiralty. It's made from non-GM organic soya and tastes pretty good.

Thanks for the info Jo. My son is 17 months and I’m trying to get him off formula - Isomil, do you think this is unwise?

Our Dr told us to stay on Formula till D was 2 but I think I switched to whole milk earlier. If you decide to switch make sure you select a whole soya milk fortified with Calicium, Vitamin A and D.

They have a few different soya milks in both CitySuper and Olivers - you could take a look at the labels there.

My 22-mth-old daughter has taken Enfamil Next Step Prosobee Lipil formula for toddlers since she was 1-yr-old. However, the product cannot be found in HK. We shipped the stock from US. The pediatrician suggested any soy milk with fortified calcium (less sugar of course).

My daughter drinks Waitrose soy milk sweetened with apple juice, she took to this straight away after swopping from semi skimmed cows milk, park n Shop in Discovery Bay stocks it but I doubt many other branches would, maybe you could find it in Great in Pacific place as the are all owned by the same company
