Hi girls, Im looking for a prenatal exercise class in the Central area. I would prefer between the hours of 1-4 as thats when my 3 year old is in Kindy. If not after 7pm as thats when hubby returns from work. Any suggestions please

Thanks Rani Ive looked at all those schedules and many others they only offer morning classes. Im finding it very difficult to find a class for me the only one is Matilda but Im thinking its a bit far to travel.

Have you spoken to the folks at Sach Yoga? Have heard they're very flexible and maybe able to arrange a class for you.
