Good Post natal yoga/workout video-Any Suggestion?
Hi,

I have a baby 8 weeks ago and find it impossible to make time for classes. I am looking for a good yoga &/or workout video I can do at home. Can anybody suggest a challenging and yet gentle video for post C-section delivery?

I'm using a dvd by Evangel Hospital, and am losing pounds gradually. It's only $40, but in Cantonese.
