Can I find convertible cribs in H.K?

I want something that can go from baby to toddler..similar to this

I would think other moms would also be interested in finding convertible cribs as they can be used from baby to toddler stage.

We bought a cot bed from the Mamas and Papas range at Bumps to Babes. The side railings come off to convert into a bed. So far it's working well for us, but we've not got to the bed stage yet!
