Nadiya - You have almost certainly found someone by now, but if not my best friend's ex-helper is wonderful. So much so that i tried to emotionally blackmail my hubby into hiring her - even though we have a helper who is wonderful.

I have a personal reference from Janine. I know she is a wonderful cook and she looked after my son when he was a baby and I was between helpers so if I can trust her with my baby, that says everything. She also looked after J's children from birth to 6 years old.
