Night maternity nurse?

Does anyone have any experience hiring a night maternity nurse? I have an unsettled 3 week old baby as well as a 3 year old and am considering hiring a nurse to help us through the nights.

Who did you hire through? For how long? Did they help you get into some sort of routine? Did you find them helpful? Were they supportive of breastfeeding?

Thanks
