The EMB has a .pdf on "Education for Non-Chinese speaking children" that includes Govt. primary, Aided primary, ESF & DSS schools that have Englisg medium.

Kiangsu-Chekiang is a private, local school that has Mandarin and English sections.

My boy is 2.5 years old and friend of mine recommanded this school to me, they have Bilingual Teaching and school bus to many place. But they receive a lot of applications every years....

yeah....................u can try poleung kuk in olypic or lea ching uk in shamshuipo or two good schools in ngau tau kok.( i dont know the exact name of the school)
