highchair sale at mothercare

just saw a high chair at Mothercare for sale today. $799HK. Thought it was a good price. Big table with sections and the seat is made of plastic that can be wiped off. Nice blue and bright colors. Check it out.

Engee,

There's a 2nd hand High Chair for sale for $100

http://www.geoexpat.com/classifieds/...p?product=7152

If you'd like a new one, try the little baby store near Tsan Yuk Hospital. Think they sell for $300-400 and they have the same features as the Mothercare chairs.

Hi engee
We got our one from Toys'R'Us for HKD299 by Graco. My daughter is now 34 months old and she still sits in it. I don't think you need an expensive one as your child may not even sit in it.
Hope that helps

You can do without a high chair if you want.

I had a friend who raised her child without one.

When a baby, she was hand fed sitting on an adult knee.

When she got to be a toddler, she sat on a low stool (about 6 inches off the ground) and ate from the coffee table. Or sitting on the floor in the kitchen.

You can also use a "booser seat" from ToysRUs or other places:

It just attaches to a regular chair & you can take it to the washtub for "deep cleaining" from time to time.
