Bel Air - phase 1 or 2 any difference?

    Phase 1 and 2 is considered Residence Bel-Air, and Phase 3, Bel-Air on the Peak (all a bit of a joke really name wise :) Tower 3, could be phase 1 or South Tower 3 of phase 2....or I suppose tower 3 of Phase 3....!
    re, the balconies, you can buy a door lock that can be fixed above head height, for adults to use only, and supervise time on the balcony. In summer anyway you will have the doors shut and the A/C on 90% of the time anyway!
