If you're not happy with her, and you're not confident leaving your child with her, then its best to replace her. You don't want to be calling home every hour to check up on her. My first helper drove me crazy. I would ask her to take D down to the playground while I finished some work. I would go down after 20 mins or so, I wouldn't be able to find them. This happened 3 or 4 times. I knew she was taking him to a neighbour's place without my permission.
