Looking for replacement and tax levy

bbvv,
If you're not happy with her, and you're not confident leaving your child with her, then its best to replace her. You don't want to be calling home every hour to check up on her. My first helper drove me crazy. I would ask her to take D down to the playground while I finished some work. I would go down after 20 mins or so, I wouldn't be able to find them. This happened 3 or 4 times. I knew she was taking him to a neighbour's place without my permission. I lost trust in her and eventually when it came time to renew her contract, I decided I'd try my luck and find someone new. I'm glad I did, our current helper is a gem. She takes wonderful care of all of us, and we get along really well.Founded GeoBaby in 2002
