Red face Bel Air Kindergarten?

As I understand there is no kindergarten in Bel Air. As we think about moving to phase 3 (or 2) questions:
1. Are there any good once around like the one in Parkview (PIPS)?
2. Any shuttle/private bus that goes there?
3. Any other activities for children in Bel Air?

Traffic,

All the pre-schools in the area have a bus service.

In Chi Fu, there's Woodlands and Sunshine House, Rightmind (cantonese)
In Scenic Villas, there's a Woodlands playgroup.
In Aberdeen there's Victoria and a couple of local ones.

we are also thinking on moving to Bel-Air Phase 1 but we wont have a car and my main concern is how convinient will be to take my son to kindergarten ( he is 3). Any preschools/playgrounds around? local or bilingual preferred. Not really expensive debentures or none preferred.

Thanks

Most of us rely on the school buses to take the kids to school if you do not have a car. Unless of course the mini buses go right by those schools or if you don't mind changing buses to get to the school! i think 3 yrs old is ok to take the bus, just make sure they have safety belts.
