Looking for window latch - to prevent openings wider than 4"
Are there such things in HK? Has anyone used them and are they safe? Would appreciate it if you could let me know where I could get them, or if they would come install the latches for you.
Thanks!!

hi
my neighbour - mother of three boys - littlest about 18 months - used the safety chain locks on her windows.
pretty smart idea, eh . and they are placed fairy high up - so the little ones cant get to them.
hope this helps.

We managed to get our locks when we had new windows fitted and you can set it to how wide or narrow you want to keep the windows opened. I'm not sure whether the locks will just fit onto any window as we had ours fitted in with the new ones but I'm sure if you visit places that sell windows, they will be able to tell what options you have.
