    Here in the US we know that parents and individuals in general can never be at fault. It has to be the manufacturer with a hidden agenda and deep pockets. The only way that parents could possibly be responsible is if they harmed someone else's child AND they had deep pockets.

    it's a round thing, where you put the child in a centre seat & there are toys all around, that looks like a walker but the child's feet do not touch the ground, cos there is a "floor" to the saucer. the child can entertain themselves safely without moving around at all, only suitable for babies who can sit up. a great invention!

    toys club in horizon plaza, or 8 queen's rd central (i think 15/F). they also sell it at bumps to babes, & mothercare. i think they have some at babyrus too.
