There are quite a few baby/toddler friendly restaurants in Sai Kung Town as well. Right next to Man Yee Playground on Man Nin Street in SK Town are a few kids friendly restaurants:

    Jaspas (Fusion)
    Sauce (Fusion)
    Cru (Fusion)
    Village (Vietnamese, Malay)
    Ali Oli's (Cafe/Bakery)

Over the past week we have taken our 3 month old everywhere we have gone and had zero problems. We have eaten at Cafe Deco on the Peak, as well as Delaneys Pub (no smoke if you eat early), the NY Deli near the Marco Polo, and at a seaside restaurant in Sai Kung.
Actually, the baby has been a hit with the waitstaff everywhere.
I think you have a larger chance of problems with a toddler because they are louder and like to move around. A 3 month old, or in your case a 2 month old, is pretty well contained.

    Most places are baby friendly.
    Anywhere in Soho.
    We've been to the following

Peak Cafe(Even the grumpy waiters there are happy to see babies)
    Jaspas
    Bistro Manchu
    Spot bar (that was daddy!)
    Stauntons
    Soho spice (bit squashy)

    Others:
    Peking gardens - alexander house
Super star (Wyndham st. But there are stairs)
    Post 97 Langkwai fong
    Cafe O Centrium

    Pacific place
    La forchette (old La cite)
Zen and the other chinese restaurant there
    Cafe Cova
    thai restaurant (thai basil??)
    food court
    Great food court

Gee .. I think I have eaten out too much!

I must admit, i've only been here a little while and found that most places are baby friendly. We have a 13 month old, and the staff all just seem to go bananas over him whenever we eat out.

This weekend, we've eaten at El Cid (causeway bay) and Harlans (ifc) and last weekend at the Peak Lookout. All have been great, providing high chairs and heating up his home-made but frozen food.

Hong Kong is great for taking kids around.
I'm so happy we dont have to compromise and eat at Mc D's (yet!)
Isola weekend brunch is great. They gave us a table in the seperate section on the right ,which was fine with us as we had 5 boisterous children with us and it was right next to the desert table too!
The waiters were very friendly too

went to peking gardens again yeterday.... I think they were a bit concerned about our booking with the same 5 kids. They placed us in the seperate section on our own. Personally I thought this was great. Bit like private dining especially as we had our own dedicated waiter (usually hard to get the staffs attention in this restaurant)
