good & patient paed needed

My baby is seeing Dr. Leo Chan. I find him insensitive & rough with my baby. My friends said he has a reputation of putting off drugs until really necessary. but with me, he asked me to give my baby medication at the slightes fever & slightest fussiness from toothache. with the tiniest eczema, he prescribed cortisoid cream....

Can anyone recommend a western practice paed that try not to give so much chemicals to the little ones? and more accepting to alternate medicine?
my baby is seeing Dr. Rupa & Dr Stuart-Bradshaw at IMI, but she also needs her regular check-ups & injections. (Dr Chan was so rough with her last week at her check-up now she won't let me check or clean her genitals) =(

If he's running late, and you have no specific questions lined up, yes, he does rush you out of his office. The Wanchai clinic is always crowded. I now see him at the Repulse Bay clinic. Fewer patients, so he has more time for each baby. He also prefers you ask him all your queries before he jabs the baby. Easier to have a conversation when the baby's not bawling.

We go to Dr Vincent Chau at Causeway bay leighton center after tried many others paed. Very happy with him... very senior doctor ...n ot hurrying the patients and no drug until the baby/tots really need for one.

Unfortunately, can't find his number now..
Will post again if I manage to find it later.
