I have a friend whos son goes there and they seem quite happy with it.

My son goes to bauhinia and the main difference I think is the level of education. I get the impression that bauhinia has higher standards my son gets lots of homework at the weekend whereas his friend gets none.

It may depend on how old your child is and what you are looking for. Bauhinia is much further to travel for a young child and if they are only just starting school the homework is less important than them enjoying it. Bahinia will be moving to DB in 2008.

I went to visit Sunshine pre-school in this morning. The school actually is not so big. They have playgroup (for up to 24 month), nursery, K1 & K2. I also went to visit all classrooms, and I think just around 10 students in each grade.

Anything else do you want to know?

    kimmi,

I want to know that are you looking for Kindergarten or Primary School?
Btw, where is the Bauhinia? Is it ESF Bauhinia Primary School?

Is there any good international school in Discovery Bay?

    THANKS!!

Yes it is ESF Bauhinia Primary School but is becoming Discovery Bay Private Independent School and will have primary and secondary education here in DB. Scheduled for 2008, however, based on how long it has taken to get the plaza complete I wonder if it will be finished in time.

Theres DB international school, has kindergarten as well but spaces are few and far between. Worth calling them though as depends on the year you are looking for. Personally we thought it was too expensive as you had to pay a debenture which you dont at Bauhinia.
