Congratulations xox
Congratulations XOX on the arrival of your beautiful little girl, Stephanie Fay.
She couldn't wait until next Tuesday and surprised us all by arriving this morning, 25th September, at 3am.
Both are doing really well and I can't wait to see her, she sounds adorable.
Big hug to you both

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
You tried so hard to have her on that ferry didn't you!
Very considerate of you to deliver early so that we could be 'flat mates' too!
Am so looking forward to meeting your little girl, hope you are all well.

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for your lovely wishes. I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to log on.... as you can imagine, I've been so busy with the little one.
Yes.... my worst nightmare nearly came true! She did come early & there were no ferries running for another hour! We managed to get to the hospital by AMbulance which took over an hour and a quarter. An emergency C-section was performed as my contractions were only ten minutes apart. It all went well from there.
Everything is getting much easier now. The initial adjustment was very difficult. The hardest part was getting her sleep pattern right.... she would sleep for most of the day and be awake for the most of the night. We've managed to change that quite a bit. I think it's mostly about establishing a routine.
I am breastfeeding, but it has taken a lot of perseverence and can be quite painful at the beginning. Just try to hang in there if you can. I found expressing with a pump invaluable when it was to painful to BF naturally.
Have been meaning to call Matty and Gidget for a chat.
Good luck Bets.... any day now!
Sunrays... thinking of you on Friday. It will all run smoothly.
Congratulations Mama_S!
So who's next??????
Love and warm wishes to all,
xox
