No. It depends upon the father if he has more x or y chromosomes

We conceived our first son by IUI and then went on to have our second son completely naturally.

My friend conceived both a girl and then a boy on two seperate IUI attempts so it is possible to conceive a girl.

Our son was via IUI, still waiting for an ultrasound on the second to determine gender. I did hear that boys are more common with IUI.
